H & H Fairway Enterprises, Inc.

H & H Fairway Enterprises has operated the Racine County golf courses since 1988. The company manages all facets of the course including golf course, cafe, and maintenance. Over the past two decades the company has strived to improve a golfers experiences both on and off the course. The company been an integral part of the clubhouse renovations at both Browns Lake and Ives Grove, creation of a third 9-hole course at Ives Grove, a new outdoor pavilion at Ives Grove, and several changes to the layout of Browns Lake's course. H & H Fairways continues to grow the game of among golfers of all ages through its clinics and tournaments.

Chad Wilks

Employed at both Browns Lake Golf Course and Ives Grove Golf Links, Chad has been a staple around both courses for over 20 years. Currently Vice President of H&H Fairways, Chad manages the day-to-day operations of Browns Lake. His area of expertise include golf course operations, event and outing planning, along with food service.

When not behind the golf shop counter or planning outings in his office, Chad can be found at home spending time with his family. Chad also enjoys competitive golf and home remodeling.

Pete Eitel

A seasoned veteran of the golf business Pete has been a fixture at Ives Grove Golf Links for over 20 years. As President of H&H Fairways, Pete manages the day-to-day operations of Ives Grove Golf Links. A Class A PGA Professional since 1995, Pete has successfully coordinated outings, leagues, and local and state tournaments.

In is off time Pete enjoys coaching basketball and spending time with his wife and kids.
